6. Weld cooling should be natural cooling, the use of forced cooling, will affect the quality of pipe welding.
7. The anti-adhesive layer on the surface of the heating plate should be undamaged. Before welding, a clean rag should be used to wipe the water, impurities and soil from the pipe end surface. The welded pipe end surface should be kept clean.
8. When there is water vapor on the end face of the pipe to be welded, the heating plate should be used to bake the end face of the pipe until the water vapor is completely removed before heating the pipe.

10. When the wall thickness of the pipe is less than 6mm, hot melt butt jointing is generally not used. Otherwise, it is difficult to ensure the quality of pipe welding.
